Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and tech-m8 ("we"), which operates NextDeck (nextdeck.app). By using NextDeck you agree to them.
The service
NextDeck lets you compose photo posts and publish them to Instagram, Threads and TikTok, now or at a scheduled time, through the web app, our API or our MCP server. Publishing depends on those platforms; they can change or limit their APIs, and we can't guarantee a post will be accepted or published on time.
Your account
- You sign in with a Google or Apple account and are responsible for what happens under your account and your API keys. Keep API keys secret.
- You must be old enough to use the platforms you connect, and have the right to connect each account.
Your content
- You own what you post. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the platforms you choose, only to provide the service.
- You're responsible for your content and for following each platform's rules, including TikTok's, Instagram's and Threads' community guidelines, and for disclosing branded or promotional content where required.
- Don't use NextDeck for spam, illegal content, impersonation, or content you don't have rights to.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of NextDeck or the platforms, or access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do, or that put the service or the platforms' trust in it at risk.
Plans and payment
NextDeck is currently free while in beta. If we introduce paid plans, their prices, limits and refund terms will be shown before you're charged, and you'll only pay if you choose a paid plan.
No warranty
NextDeck is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every post will publish.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost posts, reach or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing).
Ending
You can stop using NextDeck and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may end or change the service with reasonable notice where we can.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you of significant changes; continuing to use NextDeck means you accept them.
